Codfish, chopped scallions, steamed fish soy sauce.

1. Thaw the codfish.
2. Put the codfish into the steamer and steam it over high heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
3. Sprinkle chopped scallions on it. Heat oil in a pan and pour it over the scallions to bring out the fragrance. Then pour a little steamed fish soy sauce over it.
