1. Thaw the halibut.
2. Brush teriyaki sauce on it and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
3. Take it out, brush it with teriyaki sauce again, and then bake it for another 5 minutes.
4. Take it out once more, brush it with teriyaki sauce again, and bake it at 220 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
5. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds on it before enjoying it.
